What is your shipping and return policy?

                            Shipping Policy

  When will my order arrive? 

  •  Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the date your order was placed for your order to ship.
  • You will receive a order confirmation email after you place your order.
  • All order cancellations must be received via email within 24 hours of placing order. Cancellations received after 24 hours will not be accepted. No exceptions.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.  
  • If you have not received a tracking number by the 7th business day, please contact us via email at

                               Return Policy

  • All Non-Sale and Non-Discounted items are eligible for return for store credit only within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Sale Items are Final Sale.
  • No Refunds on purchases. Store Credit Only

         How many days do I have to make a return?

       You have 7 days from the delivery date to send back your return.

       What happens if my return is received after the 7 days?

       Any returns received after the 7day period will NOT be accepted.

      It will be returned to you and additional shipping fees may occur.  

      What do I include with my return ?

    Original Sales Invoice must be included with the return.                                       Items marked with Final Sale or purchased with a discount code cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or receive store credit.

  What do I do if my item is damaged or I received the incorrect item ?

  Damage items must be reported via email within 2 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned. Damaged returns not reported within 2 day time frame along with proof of damage will NOT be accepted.

If you receive the incorrect item email us within 2 days of receiving the item, along with proof. Then ship it back to us within 7days of the delivery date and we will send you back the correct item at no additional charge.

  • If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

   What items are returnable?

 Most apparel and shoes are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date. Store Credit only will be issued no refunds. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original box and then packaged durably. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.

   The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

    • Free gifts or promotional items
    • Items marked FINAL SALE
    • SALE items
    • Items purchased with a discount code
    • Hats
    • Jewelry
    • Sunglasses
    • Bodysuits
    • Swimwear
    • Tights
    • Socks
    • Lingerie
    • Gift Cards
    • Worn items
    • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
    • Shipping fees
    • If the coupon code FINALSALE is used. 
           Can I get my money back?
  • We want you to be satisfied. If you aren't in love with your items for any reason you will receive a store credit only for your purchase. As long as it is returned within the 7 day period. No Refunds

    Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE or a discount code was used for your purchase it cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Are there any return fees?

    Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

    How soon will I receive my store credit or refund?

    Once we have received your return please allow up to 7-10 business days for your store credit to be issued. You will receive an email with the store credit information.
